Intake Form

What: A 6 week nutrition challenge. You will be given a customized meal plan for your goals. (No macro counting), so this is very beginner friendly! If you’re counting macros, you can still join for the weigh ins and follow the list of foods to reset your body after a long holiday season.

When: Monday January 6 – Monday February 17 (6 weeks)

Who: CrossFit 201 members only!
Are you looking for fat loss, a better body composition or/and muscle gain?

Why: The holidays are over and it’s the perfect time to reset! Start the year right by building great habits, not just for the challenge, but for the rest of the year. It is much easier to do this with an entire support group than alone!

How:

2) Fill out this intake form by January 3rd to get your meal plan
FILL THIS FORM OUT

3) BEFORE THE CHALLENGE WEIGH IN (IN BODY SCAN)
Weigh in at CrossFit 201 Friday January 3 – Sunday January 5
With the IN BODY SCAN (the most accurate body fat and muscle scale on the market!)

4) AFTER THE CHALLENGE WEIGH IN (IN BODY SCAN)
Weigh in at Four3 Lab in Wyckoff using INBODY SCAN week of February 17 – 22. Monday 7am-8pm, Wednesday & Friday 7am-7pm, Saturday 7am-11am.

5) You will get a customized meal plan/ list of foods to follow for the challenge

6) Facebook support group with all the challengers!

*If you’re currently doing one on one nutrition with Coach Stacey, you can also participate in this challenge (and must use only foods allowed on this challenge and no alcohol) you’ll just have personalized guidance, but you must register through (LINK)

You will need:
A food scale (only required if following meal plans)
Measuring cups
Measuring spoons
To prepare your own meals (or get Fuel 4 Life)
Be consistent and accountable
Work out a minimum of 3 days a week at CrossFit 201

You will be given a list of foods that you can have for the duration of the program.
Foods allowed include lean meats, eggs, fruits, veggies, healthy carbs, and healthy fats. You will be given specific amounts to have for breakfast/ lunch/ dinner/ snack.
***This is not vegetarian/ vegan friendly (one on one coaching is a better fit for you).

Ie.
Breakfast
½ cup oats (dry)
½ cup fruit
3 egg whites
1 cup veggies
1 serving healthy fats

Lunch
3oz lean protein
1 cup veggies
½ cup healthy carbs
1 serving healthy fats

You have a list of foods that you can choose from to plug in here based on your own preferences.

For best results, stick to the plan.
If you mess a day up, just get back on track the next day!

Fuel 4 Life
Meal prep service that delivers to our gym.
You can build all your meals there based on your personal meal plan if you don’t want to cook. Just specify exact quantities for each meal, it’s THAT simple!

There is NO ALCOHOL for the duration of this challenge.
If you do have it, you’ll just slow your progress 🙂

Only stay with approved foods from the list.
You can use 0 calorie condiments (vinegar/ mustard) and spices

Drink a minimum ½ of your body weight in ounces of water every day.
