Jenn lost (“only” 2.5 pounds on the scale). But like I always say, weight is JUST a number!
She actually lost 2% body fat with our In Body scale weigh in… in JUST 6 weeks. STUNNING!!! 🙂
I actually INCREASED her food intake so she eats enough, doesn’t lose any muscle, and just sheds FAT!!
It was definitely scary at first for her.. having to eat carbs to lose weight?!? WHAT?!?
But she trusted me, and just look at the results! Not to mention, her performance, sleep, energy all improved as well, but focus was on aesthetics.
The easiest thing to do is just tell someone to eat less for weight loss, and that’s NOT always the case. We don’t take the easy way out. Everyone was given custom macros/ meal plans with steps to follow each week, and months after the program is over.
What are you doing differently with your exercise?
My exercise more or less stayed the same. I average working out 3-4 times a week- but I can’t always make it happen
I started eating MORE and more carbs. I knew I was doing something wrong, but I couldn’t figure out what!
What physical changes surprised you the most?
My stomach. After my second pregnancy, I sort of thought this was the new normal. I never had a flat stomach before kids, so I figured it would continue to be a work in progress. I can’t believe the difference in 6 weeks.
How do you stay on track and committed?
I admit I was frustrated the first week- the scale didn’t move. The progress photos honestly helped me stay focused.
Any advice for someone who wants to start out?
I think this program is so smart because you can eat a decent variety of food. I think people are shocked to hear you can eat carbs! I love that is sustainable and didn’t leave me feeling super hungry!
