Getting Started

We’re so glad that you’re interested in getting started at CrossFit 201! We start all new members with Three Private Training Sessions called Elements. You will learn everything about CrossFit in these sessions – the essential movements and skills, as well as how to perform them safely, effectively and efficiently. They are an hour each and consist of a short talk, a skill-teaching session, a workout, and a recap. These sessions not only help you become familiar with CrossFit, but also allows us to get to know each other and make new friends with the whole CrossFit 201 community! It is $200 for the 3 sessions and in the remaining month of your membership, take classes for free.

Getting started with CrossFit is simple at CrossFit 201!

The first step is to call or email us to set up your free, introductory session. This allows you the opportunity to meet us, and find out firsthand what we do and who we are. If you, and we, decide that CrossFit 201 is for you, then your next step is to enroll in our On-Ramp introductory course.

By offering one-on-one training during the intro course, we minimize distractions and can pay maximum attention to your individual needs. In the On-Ramp Course, you will learn how to perform the fundamental CrossFit Movements safely and effectively, ensuring a seamless transition into the Group Workouts after completing your On-Ramp Course.
