What is On Ramp?

It is an opportunity for new athletes to learn the fundamentals of CrossFit in a more private setting.  You will graduate On Ramp with a basic understanding of the CrossFit methodology including the fundamental movements, proper warm-ups and cool-downs, and mobility.  The one on one setting will enable you to get an individualized introduction in the areas of: -The Nine Foundational CrossFit Movements: -Press, Push press, Push jerk -Squat, Front squat, Overhead squat -Deadlift, Sumo Deadlift High Pull -Olympic weightlifting and Powerlifting (Clean, Jerk, Snatch, etc) -Gymnastics (pull ups, handstands, bodyweight movements, etc) -Metabolic Conditioning (running, rowing, high intensity workouts, etc)

How much in On Ramp?

$200 for 3 sessions (First month of membership is free)

Who needs On ramp?

Everyone interested in training at CrossFit 201.

How many sessions?

3 private sessions.
