Teen Strength and Conditioning Class

Strength. Speed. Agility. 

That’s the name of the game for athletes of any age.

The goal of this class is to give young adults the tools they need to build a strong fitness foundation. Participants will learn how to squat, deadlift and press with correct form. The class will also introduce athletes to the concept of “high intensity” workouts which will challenge them to maintain efficient movement patterns while fatigued.
