CrossFit is a highly effective group fitness program that combines components of weight training, bodyweight movements and cardio (running, rowing, biking).
We focus on functional compound movements rather than machine based isolation movements.
The goal of CrossFit is to unleash your inner athlete and make health and fitness a priority in your life.

No, CrossFit is scalable to all fitness levels, from beginners to competitive athletes.
Everyone in class follows the same workout template, but there are multiple versions of each workout.
Beginners will use lighter weights and perform less complex movements.
Our coaches will help pick the appropriate weights and movements, while also ensuring that you progress from class to class.

Unlike boot camps or other popular group fitness programs, CrossFit stresses progression and continuous development.
We record weights for our lifts and times for our workouts and stress improving on those from month to month and year to year.
We want you to get stronger, faster, and more coordinated all while increasing your work capacity.
There is a purpose to all of our workouts, and they aren’t just designed to get you to break a sweat (although you’ll be doing a lot of sweating).

There is no “pre-work” that you need to do before coming to CrossFit 201.
We’ll meet you right where you are in your fitness journey.
When we say that our program can be modified to fit the needs of beginners and advanced athletes, we mean it.
We do say that everyone should consult with their doctor before starting a new fitness program and you should also be getting regularly scheduled physicals to track your health over time.

All members immediately get access to our nutrition guide, the CrossFit 201 Cookbook, and a quick start guide to macros (flexible dieting).
We also offer several nutrition coaching membership options and have partnered with an outside meal prep company (AbWhisperer) that delivers directly to the gym twice per week.
On top of that, we offer CrossFit Kids programs (seasonally) and a limited amount of personal training.
